Our Story
We started Spring Forward because although some schools are making small steps in the right direction by teaching students to turn off lights and pick up trash, we strive to take climate education a step further and empower students with knowledge about the inherent intersectional nature that the climate crisis brings. Spring Forward's goal is to ensure all students understand the basic science, history, and far-reaching consequences of climate change beyond just sustainability. This knowledge will give students the tools and resources to make the right choices in their daily life. We work to shift students' mindset in a youth-to-youth approach.

Actively working with us is the best way to help us maximize Spring Forward's impact. Not only is this an effective way for teenagers to take climate action, but they will learn leadership skills, connect with like-minded peers, and engage with students along the way.
